Hold & Release

When I offer senior sessions, I always ask the moms to jump in for a few pics at the end. Sometimes I'm met with hesitation...usually hedged with, "omg, I wasn't planning on being in the picture," or "I'm not ready."

I know. We're not ready, and we've said it a thousand different ways since we held them for the very first time.

So here's to little shout out to the mamas (and the dads- but usually they're not the ones coming to the session 😉). Yes, you're so proud of them you could burst. But damn, this letting go thing is hard. ❤️.
